Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Branding Designer to join our team. As a Branding Designer, you will be responsible for creating and presenting visual ideas, driving design programs, and delivering high-quality design assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present mood boards, inspiration, and renderings to support design and management reviews
  • Utilize digital tools to drive design programs and presentations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Identify new premium luxury and high-performance materials, contributing to product development and design innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends in Colour, Material, and Finish, translating them into design insights to create strong design propositions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver work on time, ensuring design quality and driving innovation

Requirements

  • Proven understanding of automotive design, with a sensitivity to products in the automotive market
  • Experience working with an automotive OEM or consultancy, with a track record of delivering production programs
  • Proficiency in digital tools, with skills and knowledge of delivering quick programs
  • Deep understanding of materials, finishes, and their applications in an automotive context
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change
  • Strong team working skills, with a passion for understanding the latest design trends and exploring new directions in colour, material, and finishes
  • Knowledge of design principles, with the ability to understand and solve problems working with suppliers to achieve good design
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, with knowledge of VRED or UE5 highly desirable, plus any other visualization tools
  • Self-driven and motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Decisive, dynamic, proactive, and assertive qualities

Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Digital Modelling, Product Design, or Transportation Design
