Corporate Tax Associate Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax professional to join our team in Reading, at Senior Manager or Associate Director level.

Your Role as Corporate Tax Associate Director

  • Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong internal and external relationships, acting as a key contact within the firm and with clients.
  • Manage a Portfolio: Oversee client engagements, billing, and cash collection, identifying opportunities for enhanced service and improved recoveries.
  • Ensure Quality: Monitor and address potential risks, adhering to the firm's quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Develop Talent: Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork within the team.
  • Lead Projects: Drive large and complex projects to successful completion, utilizing your expertise and leadership skills to deliver results.
