Job Overview

Rotational Schedule - Monday to Friday - Two Shift Rotation (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

Join a dedicated and friendly team committed to excellence. Comprehensive training will be provided, along with our thorough onboarding program.

There are numerous opportunities for advancement and skill enhancement. Once trained, our machine operators typically progress to grade 2 (usually within 6 months), with a salary increase to £24,024.14 per annum, while night operators can earn £26,365.98 per annum. Further progression to grade 3 and Team Leader positions is also available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Produce high-quality products that meet our standards
  • Maintain accuracy in data entry
  • Keep the production area clean and organized
  • Ensure efficient operation of production lines
  • Comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements at all times
Qualifications
