Job Overview

Rotational Schedule: Monday to Friday with two shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).

Join a dedicated and friendly team focused on achieving excellence. Comprehensive training will be provided, along with a thorough induction program.

There are numerous opportunities for advancement and skill enhancement. Once trained, our machine operators typically progress to grade 2 (usually within 6 months), resulting in a salary increase to £24,024.14 per annum, while night operators can earn £26,365.98 per annum. From this point, you can further advance to grade 3 and Team Leader positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Produce high-quality products in accordance with our standards.
  • Maintain accuracy during data entry tasks.
  • Ensure a clean and organized production area.
  • Facilitate efficient operation of production lines.
  • Consistently comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
