Job Overview

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with Rotational Shifts

Join a dedicated and friendly team focused on achieving excellence. Comprehensive training will be provided, along with a thorough onboarding process.

We offer numerous opportunities for career advancement and skill enhancement. Once fully trained, our machine operators typically progress to grade 2 (usually within 6 months), with a salary increase to £24,024.14 per annum, while night operators can earn up to £26,365.98 per annum. Further progression to grade 3 and Team Leader positions is available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Produce high-quality products that meet our standards
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry
  • Maintain a tidy production area

  • Comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements at all times
Qualifications

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Reliable and enthusiastic team player

  • Able to collaborate within a team while managing individual responsibilities

  • Proven record of attendance and punctuality
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, though training will be provided
