Key Responsibilities of the B2B Marketing Specialist:

  • Enhancing the website and brand messaging, including managing backend tools
  • Advancing brand visibility and strategy across multiple key divisions
  • Overseeing follow-up communications stemming from lead generation efforts, both B2B and B2C
  • Collaborating with Digital and PR agencies, managing PPC campaigns and social media platforms
  • Creating and supporting visual and digital content development
  • Producing technical and product-specific content to enhance understanding of technical offerings
  • Assessing technologies and providing recommendations for their adoption as appropriate
  • Working closely with various teams including Design, Sales, Specification, Estimations, and Projects
  • Conducting monthly marketing performance analysis
  • Managing supplier relationships
  • Collaborating with the Sales Director and Engineering teams

Desirable Skills for the B2B Marketing Specialist:

  • Degree in Marketing (BA, BSc or equivalent), CIM, or relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels
  • Previous experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
  • Familiarity with technical products or specifications within the industry
  • Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing, including SEO and PPC
  • Experience in Marketing within Manufacturing/Engineering or similar technical fields
  • Hands-on and results-driven approach
  • Excellent written communication skills
