Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Hospital Senior Management Team (SMT) to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure the hospital meets quality and care standards, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional support functions to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Manage risks to the hospital's external and public reputation, and leverage opportunities to enhance reputation.
  • Oversee the delivery of day-to-day services, ensuring regulatory requirements are satisfied.
Requirements
  • Experience in a hospital environment, preferably in a Mental Health Service.
  • Seasoned leader with operational and financial planning experience.
  • Commercial accountability for cost control and financial performance.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care and driving continuous improvement.
