Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Recruiit. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payment runs and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Resolve supplier queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Create new supplier accounts and amend existing ones as needed.
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and perform administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable roles.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.
