About the Opportunity:

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a vital role in the finance team, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices, payments, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high volumes of purchase invoices onto the finance system.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process payment runs and manage supplier payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the purchase ledger system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in processing purchase invoices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
  • Confident with basic Microsoft Excel tasks.
