Job Overview

Cavendish Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead a structural alterations project in the Brighton area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver a complex structural alterations project
  • Coordinate with main contractors and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on similar projects
  • Expertise in Cut & Carve Project management
  • Professional qualifications in construction management
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in project management software
