Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Richmond Square Consulting Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of software development projects and product-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Facilitate the clarification and communication of project requirements, objectives, and priorities.
  • Work closely with customers, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct estimation and planning workshops to ensure project scope and budget alignment.
  • Develop and maintain overall project plans, prioritized user stories, release, and sprint plans.
  • Manage project scope and budget, ensuring alignment with commercial agreements.
  • Manage changes to scope/requirements and report project status to customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and project obstacles, ensuring sustainable product design and implementation.
  • Deliver high-quality, innovative software that meets business value expectations.
  • Coordinate project transitions to Support from the Project team following successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in customer software/IT solution project management.
  • Proven track record of managing and implementing software projects.
  • Recognized Project Management Qualification (PRINCE II, Agile Project Management).
  • Experience in an agile environment, preferably SCRUM.
  • Excellent English and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus amongst stakeholders.
  • Budget management and strong leadership skills.
