Job Description Your Role: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital strategy for the Professional Services (PS) business. You will be responsible for crafting and executing engaging content and campaigns across various digital channels, both owned and paid. Your expertise in social media management, SEO, and paid advertising will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand visibility, driving engagement, and achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media & Community Management:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for the PS business, encompassing content planning, governance, and community engagement.
    • Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms, creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and building relationships.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
    • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing.
    • Track campaign performance metrics and analyze results to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand messaging and target audience interests.
    • Develop a diverse range of content formats, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and social media updates.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
