Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Export and Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Get Recruited Ltd. As an Export and Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of imported stock to our warehouses and clients, as well as managing sales orders and dealing with logistics and administration of deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the import of stock from international and UK-based suppliers to our UK warehouses and clients
  • Manage sales orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Deal with logistics and administration of deliveries, including customs clearance
  • Liaise with customers to update them on delivery status
  • Support clients with their requirements and provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, warehousing, and transport
  • Update stock and order records to ensure accuracy
  • Keep supplier and product information up to date
  • Build and maintain relationships with warehouse and transport partners
  • Provide administrative support to the purchasing team

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Logistics Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, Import Clerk, or Freight forwarding Administrator role
  • Must have experience with Road and Sea transportation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Superb Microsoft Office skills and great typing skills
