Position: Senior Branch Manager Trainee

Compensation: £25,880 (OTE £33,000)

Incentives: Attractive annual bonus based on company performance

Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotating schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off, including weekends.

As a leading car purchasing service in the UK, we are experiencing rapid growth with over 500 branches and new locations opening regularly.

We are looking for motivated, dedicated, and honest individuals with a strong focus on customer service to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceeding performance targets in vehicle purchasing while assisting the regional manager in driving overall success.
  • Acting as the primary contact for customers.
  • Proactively reaching out to customers, managing appointments, and meeting sales targets.
  • Guiding customers through the buying process, conducting vehicle appraisals, managing essential documentation, and processing payments.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Supporting the Regional Manager in maintaining operational efficiency and compliance within the area.
  • Conducting standard checks during branch visits.
  • Identifying training needs among colleagues and providing constructive feedback.
  • Reporting any potential issues to the Divisional Manager.
  • Organizing schedules and rotas in line with company policies.
  • Ensuring all transactions comply with company standards.
  • Providing temporary support in other regions as required.
  • Completing all necessary HR-related tasks.
  • Assisting with the completion of vehicle purchases as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience in a performance-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Capability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in administration and IT skills.
