We are looking for motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceeding performance targets in vehicle purchasing while assisting the regional manager in enhancing overall performance.
- Acting as the primary contact for customers.
- Proactively reaching out to customers, managing appointments, and meeting set targets.
- Guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey, conducting appraisals, managing essential documentation, and processing payments.
- Delivering outstanding customer service consistently.
- Assisting the Regional Manager in maintaining operational efficiency and compliance within the area.
- Conducting standard branch assessments during site visits.
- Identifying the coaching needs of team members and providing constructive feedback.
- Reporting any potential issues to the Divisional Manager.
- Organizing schedules and rotas in accordance with company policies.
- Ensuring all transactions comply with company standards.
- Providing temporary support in other regions as required.
- Completing all necessary HR-related tasks.
- Assisting with the completion of vehicle purchases as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid full UK manual driving license.
- Experience in a performance-driven environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Capability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proficient in administration and IT skills.
