Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee Civils projects, specifically in Groundworks, drainage, service/ductwork installation, and concrete.
- Utilize GPS and robotic EDM for setting out and ensuring accurate project execution.
- Ensure QA documents are completed correctly and manage the quality assurance process.
- Conduct ITPs (Inspection and Testing Plans) and maintain accurate records.
- Read and interpret drawings, quantify materials, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to distribute project information and ensure smooth project execution.
- Verify that works are being carried out in accordance with the latest drawings and documents.
- Collaborate with site management to manage materials, KPIs, progress reports, and other project-related tasks.
