**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technician Assistant to join our team. As a Technician Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our technicians with various tasks, including emergency temporary fix work, assisting with windscreen lifting, and carrying out stone chip repairs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Carry out emergency temporary fix work to ensure customer vehicles are safe and secure.
  • Assist technicians with lifting windscreens that require two people, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Carry out stone chip repairs on customers' vehicles, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Collect and distribute products, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics.
  • Liaise closely with technicians, ADC supervisors, and area managers through clear and timely communication, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective problem-solving.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in a liveried company van, reflecting positively on the company's image.

**Requirements**

  • Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via the telephone, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to demonstrate a good level of competence in planning and organizing own workload, with a flexible approach to work demands.
  • Proactive self-motivator, able to work on own initiative and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
