About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and engaging with top talent, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Source, screen, and engage with top talent to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in recruitment or sales and marketing roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute business development plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
