About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Brook Street. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and engaging with top talent, and driving business growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Source, screen, and engage with high-quality candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, fostering long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improve recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of recruitment services.

What You'll Need:

  • A recent graduate with a strong academic record and a passion for business development and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
