Position Overview

The successful candidate will possess a solid history of sales achievements and exceptional leadership capabilities.

Core Responsibilities:


• Formulate and execute sales plans aimed at enhancing revenue.


• Discover and pursue new business prospects and corporate partnerships.


• Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships.


• Guide and develop the sales team to meet performance objectives.


• Draft and deliver proposals and agreements to clients.


• Analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies.


• Work in conjunction with marketing and operational teams.


• Provide consistent sales performance updates to upper management.

Required Qualifications:


• Minimum of 5 years in sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership position within the hospitality or extended stay sector.


• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.


• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
