Job Title: Division HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Division HR Manager to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on leadership and strategy
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives that drive business results
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
