We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at AWD Recruitment. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target potential clients in need of IT support services
- Use various channels to generate leads
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage prospective clients
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their IT needs
- Create tailored proposals and solutions to meet client requirements
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts
- Maintain a deep understanding of our service offerings and competitive landscape
- Pipeline Management
- Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client inquiries and proposals
- Contract Negotiation & Closing
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are favourable and compliant with company policies
- Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Market Research & Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to management on market developments and client needs
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing opportunities
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
