Harte Consulting invites you to join an expanding team in the Heart of the Rossendale Valley and become part of a market-leading estate agency operating from North Yorkshire to Lancashire and everything in between as an Inter Branch Valuer.

The Inter Branch Valuer will be primarily based at the office in the Heart of the Rossendale Valley but will also cover appointments and valuations at the company's other local offices. It is vital that you are mobile and able to seamlessly operate between the two branches to provide exceptional service to its valued clients.

**The Role**:

- Respond to valuation requests and undertake market appraisal appointments.
- Attend property appointments for qualified customers, inspect, photograph, video, and measure properties.
- Make and attend viewing appointments.
- Present a high level of customer service throughout the process.
- Review marketing and pricing strategies, offering advice on property sales.
- Maintain and update personal knowledge of new legislation affecting the wider property market.
- Upsell additional products and legal services to vendors.
- Perform any additional duties required to ensure the department operates efficiently.
- The role is full-time, operating from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, with alternate Saturdays from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.

**The Person**:

- Minimum 12 months experience in property valuation
- Sound knowledge of the local area to offer accurate guidance to vendors.
- Confident in engaging with the public both in person and over the phone.
- Proven track record in winning instructions.
- Possession of a Full UK driving license and a vehicle insured for business use is essential due to external appointments.

**The Offer**:

- **Basic Salary**: £25,000
