About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care's Forge Wood service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Encourage independence and participation in activities
  • Support individuals to access their local communities and socialise
  • Teach new life skills and promote confidence and independence
