Care Support Worker

Archard Talent Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join their team in Crawley. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities- Provide care and support to young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities
- Enable individuals to develop and achieve their goals, promoting independence and empowerment
- Work closely with the team to provide a wrap-around service, supporting individuals to secure their first jobs, move into their own homes, and make friends
- Provide emotional support and empathy to individuals, promoting a positive and supportive environment
- A fun and happy outlook on life
- Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred
- Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
