We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care in the UK.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be working closely with our clients who have spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions, and acquired brain injuries, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently in their own homes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, as well as moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social activities.
  • Work on a rolling rota, with assignments typically lasting 2 weeks, to ensure continuity of care for our clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored support to enhance their quality of life.
