We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a beautiful nursing home in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Our client provides high-quality nursing services to the elderly, with a focus on general and dementia care.
Job Responsibilities:- Monitor blood sugar levels and administer oxygen as needed
- Manage wounds and develop treatment plans for residents
- Oversee a team of care assistants and liaise with the GP and multi-disciplinary team
- Provide elderly care and maintain infection control measures
- Hold a relevant nursing qualification and be registered with the NMC
- Have satisfactory references and the right to work in the UK
- Have experience in dementia care and be able to work effectively in a resident-centred service
- Paid breaks and handover
- Up to 5.6 weeks of annual leave
