Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Location: Birmingham (+ National Travel)

Salary: Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Car

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Human Resources to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our People and Culture Strategy, driving high performance, internal progression, and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the People Plan with the senior team to drive high performance, internal progression, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Provide HR advice on culture, wellbeing, recognition, and building sustainable engagement to management teams.
  • Work closely with the Resourcing and Learning teams to spot trends, use initiatives, and deliver on activities to drive results.
