We are seeking a vibrant and motivational Luxury Retail Operations Manager to guide, mentor, and develop our team of Fragrance Specialists in achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational objectives. Qualifications

You will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant management, preferably within the beauty sector or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience in setting sales and customer service objectives, conducting sales analysis, and managing staff schedules
  • Prior experience in retail operations, including inventory management and cash handling
  • A proven history of leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve success
  • Experience in organizing and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across various days and hours, promoting a healthy work-life balance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
