Qualifications
You will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant management, preferably within the beauty sector or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in setting sales and customer service objectives, conducting sales analysis, and managing staff schedules
- Prior experience in retail operations, including inventory management and cash handling
- A proven history of leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve success
- Experience in organizing and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across various days and hours, promoting a healthy work-life balance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
