We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
  • Develop and implement effective stock taking processes and procedures
  • Monitor and report on stock taking performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a stock taking or team leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
