Business Systems Analyst

Fusion People is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering IT solutions that enable and enhance Procurement and ESG processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Procurement Business function to develop and maintain IT Functional Roadmaps of capabilities and solutions to align with business goals.
- Work with functional leads to build business cases that support the delivery of technology solutions.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements to meet business needs.
- Coordinate the delivery of SAP and non-SAP solutions to meet requirements.
- Integrate multiple business units with different ERP solutions to the Global SAP Concur platform.
- Deliver changes in SAP ECC and SAP Concur to support business objectives.
- Develop digital solutions to automate transactional repetitive processes to reduce team effort, eliminate time losses, and improve compliance.
- Deliver reporting and analytics solutions to enhance performance visibility and improve the decision-making process.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive IT experience, with a focus on delivery solutions to enable and enhance Procurement and ESG processes.
- Proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP Concur.
- Experience in automation and data and analytics solutions.
- Experience in building and maintaining IT Functional Roadmaps.
- Proven track record of delivering IT solutions on time and meeting quality and cost standards.
- Knowledge of SRM software.
