Play Equipment Includes:

- Two sunken trampolines
- Two expansive swing areas
- A variety of spinning play equipment tailored to children's sensory profiles.


Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and committed
SEN Support Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs and a strong desire to positively influence their lives.

This
SEN Support Assistant role requires patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to student care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist educators in delivering customized lessons and activities as an
SEN Support Assistant.
- Provide individualized and small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Support students with personal care needs, including toileting and feeding.
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment for all students.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to enhance student development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the classroom teacher or school administration.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an
SEN Support Assistant or in a related role is preferred.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- A patient, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of students.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs or childcare are advantageous.
