Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children with special educational needs in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to children with SEN, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs and abilities.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that children with SEN are fully integrated into the classroom environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure that children's needs are met.

Requirements
