Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Media Advertising Graduate to join our dynamic team at Trent Vehicle Charging Ltd. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to kick-start their career in media and advertising. The successful candidate will assist in various advertising projects, focusing on B2B marketing strategies and social media management. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful advertising campaigns. This position will encompass executive assistant duties reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute media advertising campaigns, focusing on brand building and B2B marketing strategies.
  2. Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule, utilizing project management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  3. Collaborate with team members to create compelling content for various platforms, producing shorts and reels that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  4. Utilize social media management tools to enhance brand visibility and engagement, and prepare reports on campaign performance, analysing data to inform future strategies.
  5. Write and produce presentations that effectively communicate campaign results and recommendations.
  6. Maintain organized records of project documentation and communications, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  7. All standard executive assistant duties, including administrative tasks and support for the Managing Director.

Requirements and Skills

  1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  2. Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  3. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with clients and team members, and experience or familiarity with social media management practices is highly desirable.
  4. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Knowledge of B2B marketing principles, particularly within the IT sector, and ability to apply this knowledge to develop effective marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
