Job Title: Facultative Technical Account Manager

Ardonagh Advisory is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our fast-growing Facultative Reinsurance team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the servicing of client accounts is proactive and of the highest standards. This includes working closely with producers and brokers to provide the necessary materials for business placement and ensuring timely and accurate post-placement servicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the fulfilment of client service activities for assigned clients.
  • Draft and review Market Risk Certificates (MRCs).
  • Create market presentations and utilise in-house systems, including Open TWINS and LORS.
  • Process entries and manage workflow across the team.
  • Resolve queries and escalate as necessary.
  • Keep accurate records and maintain up-to-date files.
Technical Capability:
  • Provide and gather information to and from Underwriters, Brokers, and Technical Staff.
  • Produce clear and accurate documents and wordings for clients.
  • Check and recommend amendments to policies and contract documents.
  • Maintain a database of contract documents and policy information.
  • Utilise in-house systems, including Open TWINS and LORS.
Leadership/Management:
  • Work closely with Divisional Leadership to identify and drive opportunities for improved processes.
  • Support and mentor less experienced Technical Account Managers.
  • Build relationships with peers across different teams to drive improved processes and best practice.
Representing Ardonagh Advisory:
  • Champion the Ardonagh Advisory name and core values to clients and the wider marketplace.
  • Represent Ardonagh Advisory with clients, agents, suppliers, and other organisations.
Compliance:
  • Comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and E&O compliance requirements.
  • Educate and escalate potential E&Os to Divisional Directors and the Legal & Compliance team.
