About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized beauty advice, and promoting our market-leading skincare and makeup products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, understanding their skin and makeup goals to recommend custom-fit routines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Clinique products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:
