About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering a range of facials, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer a full range of technical facial and body treatments during your shift
  • Meet and greet clients on arrival and complete consultation cards/information
  • Take clients through the customer journey, explaining treatments and ensuring they are offered to the client's requirements
  • Discuss retail products and beauty regimes to enhance the guest's experience following their treatment
  • Offer refreshments in the relaxation area on conclusion of the treatment
  • Liaise with Spa Receptionists to ensure correct billing

Requirements

  • Shifts include 9.45am - 6.15pm, 10.45am - 7.15pm, 11.45am - 8.15pm
  • 40 hours over 5 days
  • NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent, is essential
  • Completion of a trade test with the Spa Manager prior to recruitment
