Job Description

The Maintenance Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business success by leveraging data insights to inform critical decisions.

  1. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support the organization's goal of 100,000 EV units by 2030.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
  3. Own the data value chain for operations, maintenance, reliability, and project controls dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
  4. Provide real-time access to performance data, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  5. Lead the delivery of operations, maintenance, and reliability analytics, driving execution across regions.
  6. Standardize performance management across regions, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  7. Ensure that business and operational requirements are clearly defined, working collaboratively with maintenance and reliability functions to deliver analytical tools that meet asset group needs.
  8. Network with regional operations leads to promote the value of performance analysis and drive reliability initiatives across the network.
  9. Combine data analysis across reliability activities, leading the development of business cases for system landscape development and integration.
  10. Contribute to the EV Operations and Maintenance strategy, defining and implementing optimal solutions in each region to drive customer-focused business success in a low-margin environment.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Maintenance Analytics Manager will possess:

  1. Experience in analyzing data to produce well-structured insights and recommendations.
  2. Strong SQL skills.
  3. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and tools, with hands-on experience preferred.
  4. The ability to identify data gaps and communicate requirements to the data team.
