Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join Kia Europe as a Data and Digital Solutions Analyst.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our customer database, focusing on increasing data quality and compliance with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will develop reporting for dealers, van centers, and field teams, ensuring effective use of CRM systems and adherence to GDPR requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the customer database, including extracts and data flows, and provide regular reporting on database health and campaign effectiveness
  • Contribute to the development of the database, including transitioning to Salesforce
  • Ensure compliance with data storage, use, and retention policies, updating them as necessary
  • Provide expertise to marketing and other teams to ensure GDPR compliance and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Work with third-party suppliers and business partners to ensure data handling best practices
Lead Management:
  • Manage lead distribution to dealers and van centers
  • Develop and generate reporting on lead management to support dealers and field teams in improving conversion rates
Chat:
  • Manage Kia Chat operations, ensuring effective supplier partnerships
  • Develop and generate reporting on chat follow-up and conversions to support dealers and field teams
  • Support future phases of Kia Chat development
Apps and Other Systems:
  • Support the development and implementation of customer and data systems, including the Kia website (One Web) and apps
General:
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for all systems and processes
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, serving as a thought partner for digital and data solutions development
  • Work closely with the CRM team to advise on projects aimed at improving overall CRM performance
  • Manage and authorize data requests from departments
  • Establish a dashboard for regular, accurate, and meaningful reporting on data collection and database health
  • Review key reports to identify trends and challenges early on
  • Develop a strong working relationship with stakeholders and agency partners
About You:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data, strategy, or reporting roles within the automotive or data sector
  • Experience with CRM system development and integrations
  • Strategic data management experience
Salary:

An estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
