As a Credit Risk Manager, your main duty will be to ensure the prompt collection of receivables while minimizing financial losses.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work in a hybrid model—spending a few days in the office and the remainder working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients through various channels to follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Process and allocate customer payments received through various methods.
  • Manage the customer database, including conducting credit assessments, gathering references, and establishing new accounts.
  • Set up and oversee direct debit payment arrangements while addressing relevant customer inquiries.
  • Maintain debtor days in accordance with company objectives.
  • Perform additional tasks within the finance department as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a credit management team.
  • Proficiency in statement reconciliations and transaction processing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the credit management cycle.
  • Familiarity with financial software such as SAGE CRM, AMCS, or Credit Hound is advantageous.
