Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Coordinator to lead our bid strategy and development efforts. As a key member of our Advisory Services team, you will be responsible for delivering winning bid strategies and maintaining our 50% win rate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a bid strategy to support business growth, collaborating with the New Business team to target in-area opportunities.
  • Identify bid opportunities using information from tender alerts, emails, and other sources.
  • Develop winning themes and strategies for bids, ensuring alignment with our company values and mission.
  • Lead key meetings, including bid/no-bid decisions, kick-off sessions, quality and price reviews.
  • Review and refine pricing and content produced for bids and proposals.
  • Attend bid interviews and clarification meetings, where applicable.
  • Conduct debriefs and lessons learned sessions to ensure continuous improvement and feedback to the Bids team lead and Directors.
  • Maintain and update bid resources, including response libraries, CVs, case studies, and references.
  • Keep the bids horizon updated with information from tender notifications and business intelligence sources.
  • Support proposals and quotations.
