Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our exceptional client based in Hamilton. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for fulfilling outbound calls to existing clients, upgrading their card machine, and agreeing delivery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of computers, and close attention to detail. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Calling clients who have expressed interest or already have an existing relationship with the company.
- Upselling and upgrading card machines to clients.
- Scheduling and agreeing deliveries for the card machines.
- Excellent understanding of computers.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
