Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and fashion-focused individual to join our team as a Bridal Sales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to brides, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our bridalwear collections, including designer brands and styles.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Assist with stock management, including deliveries and stock inspections.
  • Ensure the store is presented in a visually appealing and welcoming manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays, with a minimum of 8 hours per week.
