Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and fashion-focused individual to join our team as a Bridal Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Achieve sales targets, working closely with the sales team to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Assist with deliveries, stock inspections, and store presentations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest bridalwear trends and products.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient level of numeracy and literacy, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
  • Previous experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Previous experience in the bridal industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • Fashion or design qualification is desirable, but not essential.
  • Tailoring or sewing skills are desirable, but not essential.
  • Weekend working flexibility is required, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
