In this pivotal role, you will work in tandem with the Home Manager to design and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.

  • Position: Recreational Activities Manager
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Salary: £11.44 per hour
  • Contract includes: Pension, 5.6 weeks annual leave, DBS paid

Your primary focus will be to foster social interactions among residents and provide a range of activities that accommodate various preferences. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing monthly activity schedules
  • Encouraging residents to engage in their hobbies and interests

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in organizing events
  • A warm, innovative, and self-assured personality
  • A sincere passion for working with the elderly
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
