We are seeking an experienced hotel manager to run our hotel in Hayfield, a beautiful village in the Peak District.
The hotel has 9 en-suite letting rooms, a central bar serving three trading rooms, an external decked drinking area, and a good-sized car park. Our customer base consists of locals and tourists visiting the stunning Peak District.
The hotel benefits from a good local following and regular live entertainment and quiz nights. However, there is an opportunity to increase activities to boost trade. The layout is semi-open plan, making small functions viable for parties and events.
We are open to being flexible on the percentage of turnover of the hotel to the new partner, for the right business plan.
Pub Amenities, Location, Demographics, Sales, and Potential- Average weekly sales of £10,500, with a sales mix of 50% rooms, 25% food, and 25% drink trade.
- A customer base of tourists and locals.
- Sales growth potential in all revenue streams.
We are looking for a couple or 2 business partners with good local knowledge. Experience of running an existing hotel business on a similar agreement or experienced general managers is ideal.
A consistent approach to the basics, such as excellent customer service, regular trading hours, and a clean inviting environment, will help drive this business forward.
Engaging with the local community will be key to a steady performance, especially in winter. There is an opportunity for live music, comedy nights, and other activities that drive local engagement and delight guests from further afield.
What's in It for You?- A guaranteed annual retained sum of £25k, released weekly.
- 22% share of weekly sales, excluding VAT, which can be flexible for the right business plan.
- Low ingoing costs, deposits starting from £5,000 and £360 legal cost.
- Accommodation included with most bills covered, except the council tax & TV License.
