About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our communications strategy and drive our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. As the Head of Communications and CSR, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications plan that enhances our brand reputation and aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communications Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic communications plan that showcases our company's values and achievements.
  • External Communications: Oversee all external communications, including press releases, media relations, social media, and content marketing.
  • Internal Communications: Lead internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement among all employees across the UK and Kuala Lumpur.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Develop and lead the company's CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with our values and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated people management experience and strong leadership skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the gaming industry or similar creative industry and its unique communication challenges.
  • Education: A master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
