Insolvency and Recovery Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Insolvency and Recovery Administrator to join our team at Atkinson Moss. As a key member of our Insolvency and Recovery Department, you will play a vital role in supporting and contributing to the day-to-day processes and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and progress various cases using our Insolvency Practitioners System (IPS).
- Draft and prepare documents and letters from IPS and Business Recovery Department templates.
- Attend case reviews with senior team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Liaise with directors, shareholders, accountants, solicitors, and other third parties regarding appointments in both new and existing insolvency cases.
- Field and respond to telephone calls and take detailed messages where necessary.
- Prepare bills and maintain budgets for a portfolio of cases.
- Prepare dividends and associated paperwork to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Manage and maintain accurate debtor records, including listing and archiving.
- Review and analyze financial records to identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to correspondence primarily via email and telephone, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to develop knowledge of insolvency and familiarize yourself with firm procedures and the IRD procedures manual.
- Maintain a current understanding of clients' business operations and maintain good working relationships with client staff.
The ideal candidate will possess the CPI / ICAEW certificate in Insolvency and/or relevant insolvency experience, with strong IT skills and excellent communication skills. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
