Corporate Insolvency and Recovery Role

Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Insolvency and Recovery Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate insolvency and recovery, with experience in maintaining and progressing various cases using Insolvency Practitioners System (IPS).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and progress various cases using Insolvency Practitioners System (IPS)
  • Drafting documents/letters from IPS and Business Recovery Department templates
  • Attend case reviews with senior team members
  • Preparing bills and maintaining budgets for portfolio of cases
  • Reviewing financial records
  • Listing and archiving debtor records

Requirements:

  • CPI/ICAEW certificate in insolvency
  • Relevant insolvency experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally
  • Confidence dealing with clients
