About the Role

We're looking for a CRM Executive to join our Marketing team for a 12-month maternity cover. As a key member of our team, you'll own all email marketing and execute campaigns for top brands. You'll also manage push notifications and support the Digital Marketing Manager on paid social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute global email campaigns and newsletters for our student audience.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to create email marketing campaigns.
  • Build customer segments and analyze data to effectively target users.
  • Support the management of email and push calendars across multiple territories.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on different campaigns.
  • Use coding tools and Adobe products to deliver best-in-class email experiences.

About You

  • Experience with email build and a passion for delivering best-in-class email experiences.
  • An analytical mind and excellent attention to detail.
  • Great relationship-building skills and experience communicating with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple emails simultaneously within tight deadlines.
  • You enjoy a fast-paced working environment and can work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Able to work with a level of autonomy.
  • Understanding of or similar experience.
  • Basic Photoshop or similar skills.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge.
